Yesterday, a customer named Nicholas bought a car from our Bethesda store in just under an hour. 

Getting back to work quickly made Nicholas very happy.  It made us very happy, too. 

We’re working to remove everything that is stressful or unpleasant about buying a car. That’s why we took on pricing as we mentioned in last week’s post.  Another pain point that most car buyers complain about is how much time is wasted in a dealership. That’s why we’ve looked at every step of the process to see where we can save you time.  Here are a few of the things we’ve done.

  1. Online Buying: We’ve set up our website so that you can buy a car while you’re sitting on the couch watching The Good Place.  You can do it on your phone or computer.  Then we’ll bring it to you.

Home or Office Test Drive: Of course, we know that if you’re like most people, you want to actually get behind the wheel of a vehicle before you buy it.  That’s why if you live within 10 miles of Bethesda Ourisman Jeep store, we’ll bring the vehicle out to your home or office so you can do a test-drive in minutes.
  3. Location, Location, Location: We know that if you live in DC, Bethesda, or Chevy Chase that the last thing you want to do is to spend your day driving to the exurbs to buy a car. That’s why we’re located on Wisconsin Avenue right on the Bethesda-Chevy Chase border.  An easy metro ride from the city and easy drive from anywhere inside the beltway. We want to make sure there’s a jeep store near you.
  4.  Streamlined In-Store Experience: Even if you don’t buy online, our digital-first retailing solution means that you can cut the time to buy a car in less than half (sometimes even an hour!).  It’s not just faster, it’s easier and we give you control over the entire process.
